Journal 2, Anxiety reflection and coping

Hi guys !! I like writing about my day so I think I'll do this every now and then


I'm tired and I've got a bit of a nervousness around me today, not sure why but it will pass

since I have started doing my anxiety exercises its been easier to deal with which i feel good about, but some days i can still feel it in my chest and stomach a little. I will just continue to remind myself it's okay :] I think i'll take a cozy nap today when I get home because that helps me feel better on icky days 

I won't let today be too icky tho, I deserve to have a nice day, so I will think happy thoughts and be strong!

It's okay to be anxious sometimes but it's not okay to let it consume you, I used to do that a lot and it was really bad for me 

Journaling is really nice actually, as I write this I can feel my lungs become lighter and the air feels lighter too, it's nice to talk about stuff !

I hope everyone stays cozy and warm in this cold cold weather!!! unless you live somewhere warm, then you're not freezing to death (well not yet at least), super lucky!!! 

But no matter where you are, have an excellent day / night, and if  you read this far, thank you :] remember to always be your truest and happiest self
