im jumping from a window

so i was useing insta last day when i notice a frend req from some1 and when i add him he said he know my sis (she in uni) and i said oh okay and then we started talking and stuff but he start talking lil to deep abt 18+ stuff and i was like shocked but i went with it and after some days my sis told me that she saw what we were talking and now my mom check on my pc every day to see what im doing and i cant joine calls and stuff ima cry
