therapy!! (talk of meds + mental issues)

my therapist is trying to see if my psychiatrist will get me some anti psychotics and some sleeping pills on top of my anti depressant and anxiety pill. I'm kinda nervous but I'm hopeful they'll work!!! I'm gonna call tomorrow and schedule with him so we can find out

good luck!! If it's any reassurance, I recently got diagnosed with bipolar II and started Lamictal + using my hydroxyzine as prescribed for sleep and my moods have been much more stable than they were before just a month ago! <33
