10-28-23 Fallout

Last night I completed several quests as well as reached level 18.. or am I level 19 now? I started Bobbi's quest and I did part of the Silver Shroud quest. I also saved Nick Valentine and followed Dog to the next location for the mainline quest. However, I don't plan on doing any more of that right now so that I can focus on other sidequests. I also came across a Mirelurk Queen that I definitely am not ready for. Additionally, for a little while I had Strong as my companion (though I kept accidentally calling him Thog [iykyk]). He was really good when using his minigun, but when I went to save Nick, Strong completely forgot how to use his gun and I think his ai shit itself because he would just run and then walk away during combat, and when I tried to make him equip his gun he would stand completely still and let himself get shot before switching back to his melee weapon. Eventually I just had to switch him out for another companion. 

Although I've recently gotten several companions like Nick, Robert, and Cait, I just can't stand them in comparison to Codsworth. Not only does he have a lot of armor, he also has a lot of fun things to say, gives me clean water, and, most importantly, it's really hard for me to lose him. Not only is he a giant silver ball that floats around, his fire makes a crackling and hissing sound that lets me know he's still following me. In other news, he idolizes me and it makes me so happy. I love him and just want him to have fun.

The last thing I did before going to bed was going through the Old North Church and then speaking with the Railroad members.
