Update on reading TPOAW ^_^ (ALL UPDATES ARE GONNA BE HERE!!)

Hey y'all, I just finished the first part of The perks of a wallflower and damn was it a bit rough.

(SPOILERS INCOMING Y'ALL!!!)

First of, Charlie has two friends now which is great! And then he admitted to his English teacher that his sister is being abused by her boyfriend and the teacher called his parents and explained the situation and like settled everything with the sister and the boyfriend.

After that, there's a part where he recounts a time where he watched a girl get raped which was like really hand trembling shit, mind you I think he 11 to 13 when he watched a girl get raped which must be super traumatising for a kid but they touch upon it that much.

Next, Patrick is gay for a football quarterback named Brad and they had sex and Brad(i think?)had internalised homophobia and whenever they make out and shit, he always has to be high or drunk so that he doesn't have explain what he has done, which is really sad because this kinda shit  always hits me in the heart.

Anyways, I'm done with part one with its story,make sure to look out for update and buh-bye!!

(BTW after reading this book, I'll probably watch the movie to see how the movie treats this move, heard it was pretty good too.)
