Bosses stink >:(

My boss knows nothing and even refers my coworkers to me to be the person to answer any questions they have.

I come in today and my coworker tells me she left a huge mess of broken glass and boxes everywhere and didn't help clean up she just sat in her Kia Soul and did nothing.

This job is fine but how can a manager/boss know less and do less than someone being paid $8.50.
