So recently, I've been thinking of trying to improve my physical appearance, but nothing seems to work!!!!
I have a balanced diet, and I wash my face every day as well shower.
The problem is I'm still a bit chubby, and my face isn't clear or anything..
I'd say I'm healthy, but I just want to get thinner!!
Ik this entry is a bit different, but I could rlly use some tips. The only things I've been doing is drinking lots of water, portion control, and home exercises.
If anyone has tips, plzzz let me know!
