Had my first class after testing into L2 today. Usually in L1 it takes like a full day til I start feeling sore, now I'm fully feeling it and it's only been a few hours lol. AND THE MOVES ARE SCARYYYY LMAO! Like I already had a hard time training my brain to be okay being upside down while I was close to the ground and now there's even more complex moves that turn you upside down and you have to climb into them so I'm like at least half way up the pole. My shins are super sensitive rn too bc this class had so much climbing in it. I did my first successful side climb today tho! They only showed it to us once in L1 and I couldn't do it but to my surprise I did it today just fine so I guess I got stronger idk. It's still like the most awkward climbing position ever tho so I don't look particularly graceful doing it yet but it was only my second time doing it and I got as far up as I was trying to go without losing stamina so I call that success. ALSO PULL UPS ARE REALLY HARD I've never actually tried to do a pull up before but I've been building strength and my instructors have said that I'm pretty strong so I thought maybe I'd succeed but I THOUGHT WRONG RIP. New thing to be frustrated with myself about unlocked, I will not be satiated until I can do pull ups on the pole.
