get enough sleep, drink plenty of water, try to implement more protein into your diet, do a mix of both cardio and some form of strength training — those are the tips i can think of at the top of my head.
when it comes to food, try not to restrict much. you don’t want to go overboard then end up relapsing. listen to your body and it’s needs, try to figure out what certain strong craving can mean (for example, strong sugar cravings indicate that you may have hormonal imbalance, aren’t sleeping enough, low protein and fiber intake)

take it easy, you don’t have to exercise every day — have around 2 rest days per week. your body needs to recover if you want long lasting/permanent results. feel free to message me if you have any more questions!
