capitalist dolls

I cannot get over how money-hungry the doll industry is! We are now becoming desensitized to unreasonable prices for dolls. Sure, inflation is a thing, but I don't think $100 for a doll that has the same quality as its $25 predecessors will EVER be normal in my eyes. It's frustrating seeing these influencers in the doll community receive GIGANTIC boxes for free...I understand it's just how being an influencer goes...but still :p. Perhaps I'm just jealous, yes I am, but I feel like it shouldn't be this difficult to buy a piece of vinyl with mediocre sewing jobs. This is a rant, through and through, so this won't go there but I neeeeeeded to let this out
