Why are teenage boys like this

Why are all the boy sin my class acting like they rule the world?? Like they always interrupt the teacher or any girl who is talking in class, always making sm noise and literally fighting, throwing stuff at others and yelling like actual animals?? Our teachers are so burnt-out from the boys in my grade that they dont even bother trying to stop them anymore.. They scare off all the younger students, destroy other grades free space, disturb their classes and etc. LIKE STFUUUU UR NOT HIM. They STINK they are LOUD they are MEAN and they give the entire grade a bad reputiation. EVERYONE HATES US???
