So it's been about 26 days since my last entry and I can say this last week was a bust, I worked out once at home, and the rest was just carefully choosing my meals lol. However I did go today, I will say I'm the lowest I've been in months, so that's great! Currently, my goal this week is 5 days. 1 down, 4 to go!
This week I am back on the gym grind, started with incline cardio and did triceps and chest toady. Pushed myself as far as upping weights steadily and really focusing on form and mind-muscle connection. It's helped so much in not straining the wrong muscles.

Tricep extensions; row machine; lat pull down machine; fly machine; dun-bell exorcises; and uphill walking for cardio
not a whole lot more to add for now, but I'm looking forward to my next update, tomorrow is back and biceps i think???
