(unwanted) txt freefall album review

the review that nobody asked for, but are getting anyways! i am by no means any sort of music professional so ill kinda just be judging based on my taste rather than actual talent... pure fun, really! i guess this is more "My opinions on freefall" but whatever. let a boy have fun.

anyways, first song on the album is growing pain! i actually really like this one, i heard it was gonna be rock and whatnot and i really didn't have high expectations because usually its just pop-rock with regular vocals or whatever (ifykwim) but oh my GOD it was so much more. for an example, i added this song to my playlist and when the intro started playing i fully expected tobey torres to start singing but instead i got hueningkai, thats how good it was.

next up is... *checks notes* chasing that feeling, it was... a title track. for sure. its not bad its just not... it doesn't really stick out to me? like, if you put this on aux i'd listen, absolutely, but i wouldn't put it on my playlist you feel? i think i'm like this with most title tracks.

for this one im just gonna group in both versions. back for more! (txt , anitta) i liked this song, also added 2 da playlist. i honestly didn't listen to txt's version cuz i felt like one verse wouldn't really change much (future leo here! uhm, yeah. its abt the same lol, still like the song) it kinda reminds me of dua lipa?? i might just be crazy though...

next is uhh dreamer, this song reminds me of a song off of BTS' dark & wild (coffee maybe??) its a little too slow for me to comfortably listen but that doesn't necessarily mean its bad! id probably love listening to this while drawing in the dark.

track 5, deep down! these reviews are gonna start getting short cause i only really really liked 2 songs off of this album... which like again doesn't mean they're bad they're just not rlly my taste, and thats alright! this song was also too slow for me and the chorus is kinda boring.

lower-half of the album, happily ever after, hooray! i like this song too, not playlist like but def would listen in any other circumstance! its a bit faster and... its just... fun. I love fun music, and thats exactly what this is, and this is what the industry needs. FUN SONGS!

lucky number ski- oops, hold on *reshuffles notes*... lucky number 7, skipping stones! i LOVE the chorus but something ab the rest of the verses don't really hit the same, kinda wish they did. This track reminds me of something and i rlly can't tell what and its pissing me off!!

blue spring... where do i start? not my taste, but i think its a sweet song. i really liked the live performance before its official release and im sure all moments of alwaysness' would agree!

finally, last but not least, do it like that. i. love. this. song. ITS SO FUN!! i love the original, the jersey mix, everything. txt and jonas brothers fit really well together and og my GOD have i mentioned i love this song? the long and high notes rlly hit my brain just right and OUGH it is such a pleasant listen. thank GOD they released this shit ouhhh lordy! amazing.

and.. i think thats it! i left out CTF eng version cuz i feel like i can go w just reviewing the kr version (aka im too lazy and you're gonna get the same opinion anyways) it may sound like i would say its a bad album but i promise!! i give it an 8/10!!! trust me! i think txt's only album that gets a 10/10 anyways is tdc:star and thats partially for nostalgia purposes (twirls hair... im a debut stan! *bats eyelashes*)
