I've been psychically and mentally really bad lately 

My scoliosis has kept me bed ridden most the time and I've been unable to be online often as I try to sleep off the pain

On Wednesday I relapsed in self harm after 16 days and yesterday I relapsed after 3 days

Then I've been shitty on taking my meds so they're causing me pain when taking them so I feel like I've been shitting and puking my brains out and I've been coping with that with weed lmfao- Iris//Chapel (it//they)
