Squeezing your eyes to read through the lines won't help you.

I sometimes do this super-cringey thing when starting a blog (more like "a diary") post: I like to mention the corresponding "Chinese Hour." For example, from 23/11 PM to 1 AM, it would be the "Rat Hour." I'm not sure if this is some kind of Western reinterpretation; truth be told, I first came across this in a young adult book a few years ago.

It was the story of a girl who falls in love with an Asian-Canadian guy named Victor, or something, who turns out to be a vampire. If I find it, I'll add the title and the authors' names. I didn't really read the first book (or the others) in its entirety because I'm not the passionate reader I used to be before high school (I hated school in general, but high school was the worst). But I found the concept of narrating the story in a diary form to be cool and the random Chinese Hours parts were super artsy.
However, I won't be doing it anymore, mostly because searching for the timetables can be exhausting and, well, it's cringey.

I love reading about other people's lives, in general. I think that's why I decided to subscribe here, since the concept it's so old-school and I'm an old-school person.

So, officially, I created my spacehey yesterday, Friday the 13th (yep, the unluckiest day of all), 2023 at 23:45/11:45 PM. Why is that important? Because I'm obsessed with dates and numbers, even though I think I might be dyscalculic, and I panic with anything not written in the Latin alphabet. By the way, my main language is Italian.

I know I'm kind of in a rush here, but today I had my shift at the motor factory, and after that, I just ate my spaghetti (forgot to yell "mamma mia!", though) and slept. I woke up at eight in the evening, had another meal, shared a couple of laughs, and now I'm here, feeling drowsy again. The only reason I'm writing is because I didn't do it yesterday, and I just want to give it a try.

I'm kind of nervous. I'm an introvert and a shy person, but I'm highly opinionated and critical. That has often gone against my best interests in terms of relationships, but then again, I just like to read about others and write about myself. That's all.

Man, this is so rushed; it's bothering me, lol. Anyway, I'll try to complete my profile as soon as I can, and I hope to stick around for a while.
