So I’m getting more into goth music and I’m looking for recommendations! Anyone got any they’d like to share? :)
Also, I’m trying to dress more goth (makeup included) as well and was wondering if there’s specific places or brands that sell clothing that fit the style :)

The history of Goth:
"Goth" is a music based subculture and it emerged from post-punk around the 1980's
There is many different genres of goth like: Gothic Rock, Dark Wave, Death Rock, Cold Wave, Ethereal, Wave, Etc
Also u don't necessarily have to dress goth to be goth because it is a music based subculture.
But if u are trying to look gothic, some recommendations on how are: A lot of times traditional goths will have big teased hair with dark makeup, they also tend to have a lot of eyeliner.
when it comes to dressing goth it's self it kinda varies depending on what type of goth ur trying to dress, if ur trying to dress more traditional goth style stuff you'll need is leather mini skirts and leather tops, fishnets, platform boots, studded belts, black velvet, slip dresses, ripped tights, lots of chains, studded bracelets, and leather jackets
