Wolf trilogy:

The wolf trilogy is a theory made by tyler fans that his first 3 albums are connected. A lot of people believe this theory because they all have similar storylines. There are many different theories of how the timeline works. A lot of people believe that it’s Bastard, Wolf, then Goblin. I also think that it makes the most sense so I will go in that order.

Bastard:

Bastard is Tyler’s first mixtape made in 2009, but he likes to call it his first studio album.There is a blue album, and a red album. The red album represents evil, while the blue represents happiness. The first track on this album is called “Bastard”. Tyler was sent to the counselor, Dr.TC, because he has been misbehaving.  Tyler vents about his life while “the devil's tritone” which is why Tyler says “this is what the devil plays when he goes to sleep”. At the end of the song Tyler says “Fuck a deal, I just want my fathers email so I can tell him how much I fucking hate him in detail.”, then Dr.Tc asks “If you could tell him something what would you tell him?”. Then the song ends, and Seven comes on. It starts with Tyler saying what he would tell his dad. (to “eat a dick quicker than Mexicans sprint over borders”.) This song is mostly just supposed to be edgy and offensive. Tyler makes this obvious by saying “I didn’t mean to offend anyone..alright, I’m lying.” at the end of the song. Sarah is probably Tyler’s most disturbing song. I don’t really like this song so I’m not going to get into too much detail since I’m not tryna get reported either. Basically Sarah rejects Tyler, so Tyler kidnaps, kills, and does other things to her. Inglourious is the last track of the album. It starts off with Dr.TC telling Tyler he’s a good kid, just misguided. This song is also about Tyler’s father and Tyler says if he ever sees his dad he would kill him. The song ends with Tyler saying “fuck that, I ain’t deserve this, I’m over it” then we hear a bang and the album ends. I’m not going through all the tracks since I don’t think the other ones are important. (please correct me if I’m wrong or missing a important track ) 

Wolf: 

This is Tyler’s 3rd album made in 2013. There are a lot of important tracks on this album so this might be a longer part. Wolf and Tyler are the same people so I will be switching from Wolf and Tyler just like don't get confused. Dr.TC decides to let Tyler roam free a bit and takes him to a camp. The first track of this album is called “Wolf”. In this song we are introduced to a new character, Sam. Sam has a little band called The Dead Sams (ty mirelly :3). In the song, Sam is playing a song with his band. Then, Dr.TC walks in to tell him to show Tyler around. Instead, when Dr.TC leaves, Wolf asks the Dead Sams if they like jazz. Sam responds by saying “Look, Wolf, Prarrie Dog, Ronzell, whatever the fuck your name is, we don’t fuck with you or anybody else here, alright? Stay the fuck out of our way and we’ll stay out of yours, Capise?” We can see Sam is a little rude from the start. The song after that is Jamba which is sung by Wolf and Hodgy. At the end of the song Hodgy makes fun of Wolf for not smoking and calls him weak. Then he says Samuel’s coming. The song after that is Cowboy. This song is sung by Sam which is obvious since Jamba ends off by saying here comes Samuel, and the song mentions Sam’s bike and his girlfriend. In the end of the song Salem is introduced. Salem is the love interest that is Sam’s gf. Wolf sees Salem and asks who she is. Sam tells Wolf that it’s his girlfriend and to stay the fuck away from her. The next track is “Awkward”. Awkward is about Sam and Salem’s first kiss and how awkward it was. Basically Sam and Salem were dared to go on a date and they end up kissing and it’s not romantic it’s just super awkward. I don’t know if it was a dare because I don’t see any people mentioning that, but one of the lines says “can’t believe that this dare turned into a reality when our lips locked”. So plz tell me if I’m wrong so I can update it (″^_^) skipping domo23. The 6th track on this album is answer. Answer is mostly about Tyler’s father and his grandma. Tyler says he’s changing his name to Haley. Like Wolf Haley. In an interview he says Wolf Haley is the guy he wants to be. That’s basically it for that song. The next song is Slater (a Sam song). Sam is talking about his bike he named Slater. At the end of the song Frank Ocean makes fun of Sam for talking to his bike. We can see Sam isn’t defending himself which I think it’s showing his weaker side. After that is 48 which is also a Sam song. Sam is talking about the drug dealing business and how destructive it can be. Sam deals drugs in 48 states, and he says they call him “Mr. Treat Yo Nose.”. It also describes the consequences of drug use, including ruined lives and broken families. The lyrics highlight the harsh realities of poverty and the difficult choices faced by those struggling to survive. (stole that from songtell cuz i didn't know how 2 word it) The 10th track is a 3 part song. Party isnt over/Campfire/Bimmer. In Party isn’t over Wolf is trying to hit on Salem (sam’s gf) but it doesnt work. The 2nd time in Campfire it does work, and Bimmer is about Wolf losing his virginity. At the end of Bimmer Sam comes back from his drug dealing and asks where Salem went. He finds out Salem went to the lake with Wolf and gets really upset. Then the song IFHY comes on. This is one of the most popular songs on the album.IFHY stands for I fucking hate you.This song is a Sam song about his feelings towards Salem. In the beginning of the song Sam says “I never really thought that feelings can get thrown in the air. Cause I accidentally caught that I need some new boxing gloves.” “I need some new boxing gloves” is Sam trying to say he needs to fight his feelings towards Salem. I think he doesn’t like being in love with her but he can’t help it. “The fucking thought of you with somebody else I don’t like that.” Sam is super protective over Salem. We can tell from the start this relationship between Salem and Sam isn’t healthy. “You’re good at being perfect, we’re good at being troubled.” This probably means Sam brings out the bad side in Salem. Salem is a good kid, but when she’s with Sam it makes her more troubled.

The reason Sam hates Salem is because he thinks she’s messing with his emotions “Girl you’re fucking with my emotions.” but he also loves her and thinks that she’s perfect for him. “Crazy who makes the happiest, could make me the saddest.” Salem makes Sam feel loved but can also make him easily feel like he’s not good enough. “Actually if you ever consider leaving, I’ll lose a couple of screws in due time I’ll stop breathing” This is impling if Salem leaves Sam Sam will consider suicide. “And you’ll see the meaning of stalking, when I pop out the dark to find you and that new dude that you’re seeing with an attitude. Then proceed to fuck up your evening. Make sure you never meet again like goddamn vegans.” The guy Sam is talking about is Tyler (obviously) At the end of the song it cuts to a conversation between Salem and Wolf. Wolf asks why Sam is such a dick and Salem says “He isn’t such a badass actually. He’s only here cuz he ran away because some shit happened back home.” Wolf asks what happened. Then it cuts to Pigs. Which is ANOTHER Sam song.  Pigs is basically answering Wolf’s question. It talks about how Sam would get bullied at school. He ends up killing his bullies, but then he starts crying saying he’s not like this. He says he doesn’t want to go to jail. I think Sam was on Bastard because there’s a song called “pigs fly” and that song talks about drug dealing too. And since a sam song is called pigs, and sam’s a drug dealer I think it makes sense. I first heard this theory from “munt chunk"s video which I think makes a good point. At the end of parking lot (the 13th track) someone informs Wolf that Sam is after him. When they say Sam said he was gonna kill them Wolf says “not if i get to him first”. Then it cuts to rusty. Rusty is a rant and it features Domo Genesis & Earl Sweatshirt. During Earl’s verse Sam calls him a pussy and tells him to jump already. Then he tells Earl to stfu and shoots him. After that he says “Samuel’s here Where’s Wolf? Salem was mine bitch”. After this song Sam isn’t seen for the rest of this album. The next song is Trash Wang which is just a song Tyler made with his friends for fun. At the end of the song there’s a bang and Salem asks what that was. Then treehome98 comes. This song is Salem and Wolf singing I’m pretty sure. It’s not really that important but I think it’s a really pretty song and I don’t see people talk about it. Plzzz listen 2 the song. Tamale isn’t really that important either but at the end of the song Tyler gets sent to the counselor when he gets caught masturbating. The next song is Lone which is Wolf venting about his dead grandma. Dr.TC doesn’t really seem to care. All he says is “That’s heavy man sorry for your loss” then asks what happens to Sam. Wolf says he doesn’t know where Sam is but if he saw him he would kill him.

Goblin:

FINALLY ON THE NEXT ALBUm

Goblin is Tyler’s 2nd album, but the last album of the wolf trilogy. This album is probably the most violent out of these 3, Tyler is at his worst state. People think this is the last album since wolf ends off with tyler saying if he saw sam he’d kill him and the very first song of this album starts off with DR.Tc saying “You wouldn’t do that Tyler, kill yourself or anyone you dont even have the BALLS”. Even though I think this I don’t think that this fact debunks the theory that the order could be Bastard then Goblin then Wolf. I saw someone say this is the reason since Bastard ends off with Tyler killing himself. Inglorious also mentions that Tyler is going to kill his father.(I forgot who that person was but it was a video on YouTube I watched recently) I think another reason that proves this timeline is the 2010 Wolf. Before Goblin Tyler was going to make an album called Wolf, but something happened. In this album Wolf is more psychotic and mental. Dr.TC has had enough of Tyler so he took him to a mental institution. The first song of this album is “Goblin” where we see Tyler and he seems more aggressive. He also calls out the rumors of him being a rapist serial killer, and at the end of this song DR.TC says “So, you were telling me you went to New York?”. Then it cuts to Yonkers. Yonkers is the song that made Tyler blow up. The beat was originally made to mock New York rappers. In the MV Tyler is sitting on a chair, when a roach crawls on his hand he proceeds to eat it. Then He starts to throw up everywhere, at the end of the video Tyler hangs himself. This song is super confusing to me, so I don’t really know how to explain it. After that is Radicals, in this song Tyler repeatedly says “kill people, burn shit, fuck school.” also he encourages you to do what you love and stuff. Also some fact I always hear when I see people explain this song is that some kid wrote the chorus at school and people got mad at Tyler 4 that. After Radicals is She which is considered the best song in the album. This song features Frank Ocean and talks about a stalker. Okay so basically Frank is having sex with a girl(she), and then hears something outside, when he looks outside he sees Goblin (Wolf/Tyler). So he pulls out his gun but then he disappeared. He warns She(the girl) about this. Later that night when She falls asleep Goblin sneaks in her room and writes a message telling her to “meet her at the lake around 10:00” . He also talks about what his plans are to do with She. He wants to kill her and commit necrophilia. (Oh my god) But She calls the cops on him and Goblin gets arrested. This song also talks about Goblins(/Wolf/Tylers) obsession with women. I think She is supposed to be Salem, since in Wolf Salem and Wolf went by the lake. This is Tyler’s most popular song on this album. At the end of the track nightmare, Tyler tells DR.TC about a voice in his head that tells him to do “fucked up shit”. DR.TC asks what the voice is called and Tyler says “tron cat”. Then the song Tron Cat plays, Tron Cat is a really disturbing and offensive song. This song is about all the thoughts Tron Cat makes Tyler have. (People tend to categorize this as his most controversial song) DR.TC is shocked from hearing all of this stuff from Tron Cat, but then just switches the subject. He asks Tyler to tell him about this girl he was talking about. In the next song “her” (not she there is also a song called her) I’m pretty sure this is a Sam singing about Salem since it says “her name is my password” and in Awkward (the song in wolf about Sam and Salem’s first kiss) it says “keep your name as my password” basically talks about how he liked this girl(Salem) and he was hanging out with her but she had a boyfriend. Then the girl tells Sam her relationship is rocky. Sam gets excited by this and is planning to ask her out, but sees her kissing another guy. This makes Sam very upset and he feels miserable. When his friend asked him what happened to the girl, Sam just responded by saying she moved somewhere. The most innocent song is probably Analog. Which isn’t really important to this timeline but this song is really sweet and doesn’t have any violence. People also say that this is Wolf signing this to Salem. Which could be true since in Wolf “they went done the lake” and in Analog they repeatedly say “meet me by the lake”. Okay after that is BSD which stands for “Bitch Suck Dick”. This is known as the worst song off the album, but this song was just a song made for fun, it's not supposed to be serious. This song features Tyler’s friends Taco and Jasper. They were a part of Tyler’s collaborative music group called “ODD FUTURE WOLF GANG KILL THEM ALL”. (or OFWGKTA or odd future/OD for short) Jasper isn’t really a rapper in the group and we can see why. At the end of BSD Tyler tells Taco and Jasper they are his very best friends and he loves them. Then Tyler says “I’m sorry” as we hear a gun reloading. After that we hear 2 gunshots and the song ends there. Then after that is “windows”. In this song DR.TC brings in Tyler’s friends to talk with him. (besides Taco and Jasper because, you know, they died.) They talk about how they met Tyler and stuff (it’s kind of boring). But at the end of the song Tyler gets mad and shoots his other friends. Dr.TC doesn’t do anything about this and comforts Tyler instead. He says “It’s going to be okay, no ones going to know”. Then the song ends off and it goes to Golden. Golden is the last song off this track list. In this song Tyler is more crazy than ever and claims to be a table and shit. He is just going insane. Dr.TC has to call security. He tries to comfort Tyler again saying “I’m your best friend, I know everything about you.”. Then DR.TC tells Tyler he is him, he is Tron Cat, he is Ace, he is his conscience. Dr.TC stands for Tron Cat or Tyler’s conscience. So basically all of this was in Tyler’s head. None of it was real. This is why I think this order is the most reasonable. If Wolf was the last one then why would Dr.TC still be there? I saw someone say that they think it’s Bastard then Goblin then Wolf, and in Wolf Dr.TC took him there to get a new identity for murdering his friends. I think that would make sense if it wasn’t for the last part of Goblin, but it could be true.
