HELP. My bangs are NOT working out.

OK, so, I have those bangs that are just very light bangs, not full bangs? Idk how to explain, kinda like this:

Like, do you get what I mean? Anyway, the main point is: IT'S NOT WORKING OUT. I love how it looks during the first two weeks after I get my hair cut, but my hair grows so quick that it ends up looking TERRIBLE! And I can NEVER find a way to fix them up, like, styling them is OUT of the question. I need to commit. I either grow them out and find a new hairstyle, or I go full bangs. Why? Because at least with full bangs I know where they go, with my half bangs, it just looks so... random. It doesn't look cute AT ALL. But I have done bangs before, and I look so silly in them o(╥﹏╥)o Does anyone have some type of "stop hair growth" magic, please and thank you? Anyway, that's all I had to say :3
