been a couple of weeks

My new album ACT NATURAL has been out for a couple of weeks now, and so far sales have been very brisk. I like that! But more importantly, the people enjoy the music and my mangled guitar work.

I really like that!!

I am down to 28 copies, and if they sell out before October 22, then this will be the fastest-selling cd in my discography. MOOD SWINGS (released August 25, 2021) sold out in exactly one month and that was awesome. 

But a strange thing is happening: suddenly people are asking for my back catalog. Well, some stuff is still out there on Spotify, YouTube, Amazon, Bandcamp, etc. I realize nostalgia is rampant, and while I am not one for looking backwards (well, sometimes), I may start remastering the first two albums at least.

I will not make hard copies of TWISTED METAL and ALL WIRED UP, too much out of my wallet. I would rather put the money towards more copies of ACT NATURAL. When I feel the time is right, I will pull up the mp3s from TWISTED and WIRED, and get to work. Keep in mind that I cannot remix anything as I don't have the stems for them. So all I will basically do is boost extra low-end, round off some highs, whatever works. And it will be more of a curio thing, not "extra bonus tracks" and whatnot. See how things pan out.

As it stands, ACT NATURAL is where my head is at right now. So I encourage people to check out that music on various socials. Wish I could post music here like the days of MySpace...
