Well, if were talking about classics: I think things like 1999 (Creepypasta Wiki), Slenderman (A bit cheesy now these days, but the impact it had is without a doubt one of the largest), and Marble hornets.
For more modern entries, I'd say "Playable" Horror has been able to wet my whistle more recently. From The Fog (A Minecraft mod), B3313 (An Amazing mario Romhack. Although not exactly entirely horror, it does have an eerie ambience and some scary moments here and there). Being able to experience the stories firsthand puts them into an entirely different context and adds a layer of fear that isn't otherwise achievable.
Things like Welcome Home, Gilbert Garfield, and other more "Experimental" internet horror projects really have also fascinated me recently. It feels like were getting into a new glory age of horror, and in particular, Psychological thriller that excites me deeply.
