Average MDZS Experience

Been reading this 5 volume romance novel with cool action scenes and lots of necromancy (Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation/ Mo Dao Zu Shi) and now that I'm done with volume 4, I feel too tormented to continue reading. 

AGHHHH I hate the lowest points in stories. It makes me too anxious to continue. So much so, I ended up barely getting any sleep because of it. 

I'll continue reading today, but my heart is torn to shreds and the moment I get to the parts where everything's okay and the two leads finally get on the same level and talk things out, I'll be normal again. Until then, I shall grovel and turn to rock on my carpet.
