Ok so I have a question. I have had a LOT of trouble sleeping lately, and idk why. I want to know if I have insomnia or smthn like that, but i don't know what a diagnosis is gonna do for me. And it sucks being tired at school or during my soccer practices or when i'm reading. is there anything I can do about this issue??? do any of my wonderful peoples in this place have any suggustions?? because i have math like first thing every day AND I KID YOU NOT, TODAY I LITTERALLY FELL ASLEEP IN MATH AND LIKE HIT MY HEAD ON THE TABLE, SO PLS GIVE ME ADVICE before i land on something sharp...idk. ok, gn!!!!!

Try taking some melatonin before bed. I usually take two melatonin gummies before 9 p.m. because they take a while to work, and if you don't like gummies, you can take liquid melatonin.
