Omniscience

I think the only way for omniscience to exist in tandem with free will, is if it was like, if you do this A will happen, if you do this B will happen etc. This is the main problem i have with believing in god is if its the type of omniscience that Dr.Manhattan has where no matter what you do it will happen because that means this omniscience is effectively just predestination. Now idk if the bible itself clarifies in this issue or it just ends at "god is all knowing" and thats it. But it seems like its a debate with a lot of speculation around it for this reason. Ive seen some religious people claim that god knew eve would eat the apple no matter what and others say it was a free will decision but if he knew from the jump and knew what their punishment would be then its not free will anymore.
