what is your favourite piece of art and why it is your favourite?

My favourite piece of art is this :

For me it's one the most beautiful piece of art on earth. It's painted by Vincent Van gogh and it's called The Starry night.The painting represents what Van Gogh could see and imagine from the room he occupied in the asylum where he was.The central part of the painting represents the village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. I love the color that he choose and i love the fact that we can see the paint brush marks.
