Why you should shift every day

Hi! If you're like me, and you used to struggle staying awake during awake methods, or even shift in the first place I have found the perfect solution.

The cause of this problem is a lack of mental energy. You need to have enough energy to shift, because it takes a lot of it. Yesterday I tried shifting and I didn't have the required energy to make the very last step.

So, there are two things you can do to restore your mental energy: Taking a break, and increasing your energy levels. Taking a break is easy, but it doesn't increase your energy limit: building it does.

The way you can build your mental energy levels is by demanding more of it. It is fact that the more physical energy you demand from your body, the more it will eventually start to release. I came to the conclusion that this is the same for mental energy. I have tested this by attempting to shift every single day.

The first day went great. I came close, but I ran out of energy right at the end. The second and third day, I was exhausted, I fell asleep immediately. The fourth day I fell asleep a little bit slower. Then came the fourth day, it went great, but not perfect. I came pretty close, but I fell asleep again. The fifth day, yesterday, was amazing. I felt like pure awareness, I almost shifted, but I could feel I ran out of mental energy to make the very last step.

You're gonna feel like shit for like two days, but after that you'll have more energy than even. When I woke up this morning I felt completely rejuvenated, I was in a great mood. I think this pretty much proves that shifting every day gives you more energy, which you might need and might be the thing holding you back.

Reminder: You need nothing to shift: just intention and something to focus on.
