dude, beign urself is freaking difficult.
like i am not the type of person to have one specific asthetic or whatever but it seems like i can only enjoy some of the ones i like.
like my pfp is what i would love to dress like and induldge in but i would get made fun of hell id make fun of myself if i saw myself out with that stuff but i cant help it i love it sm.
also my best friend is the type of like cottage core renesiance medival esc girl and everythinf she loves i love and i used to have a friend who like something similar to scene stuff but she was more girly kitty catour 2000's but we still matched
really sucked she tured out to be insane:/

also i wish i was older? i found out gaia online was a thing but it doesn't exist anymore and was only booming when i was born. like ugh i was to be a teen between 2000-2013

Eventually you learn the difference between what you like for yourself, and what you just like generally. My advice is to approach things holistically. Give up on the idea of "aesthetics" and just do whatever. If you know you want to look really crazy, start slow and build up. Also, wear your crazy outfits when you're sitting around at home to get used to it
People will make fun of you and hate you no matter what. People are just assholes, it's better to be yourself than hide all your life
