It was a drag of a work week. Made it. It sucks being an adult and still having stupid dreams you had growing up. Not giving up though.
Anyways...
I have this whiteboard chilling in my little music office area. I wrote a bunch of demos on it, and started cleaning them up and writing new stuff as well. I’ve whittled it down to 13 songs, which includes an acoustic song.
The next step in this writing process is getting second opinions on things. Like I said in my blog post prior, I didn’t want to wait this long to work on new material, but here I go.
Correction... I have to start digging through lyrics to figure out which ones I am going to use. The content is definitely going to focus more on current issues, flipped into metaphors. It’s not going to be what you think. However, I say that now, and it turns into something totally different.
This concludes my little entry for the weekend. I went from a artist who may go somewhere to a weekend warrior with a guitar. Thanks COVID.
