I noticed that the older I get, the more relaxed my style has become.
Skinny jeans with combat boots.
Shirts from TeeVillan.
A lot of skull, bar, and spider motif jewelry.
But it’s hard to connect with younger goths because some don’t seem to want to learn from us Elders and think they know it all.
They’ll even gatekeeper us.
I miss the old days where we could just flick our chins up at each other in a universal “hi, i see you, you look fabulous” days.
It sucks getting old in the scene.
