Do you know what's causing it, or is it just a culmination of multiple things/events/people?
Just various stressors and fears relating to past events. Escapism has been my only savior, which is why I have almost 20 hours in Star Rail in the last two days. Doing anything with people just makes me feel incredibly anxious
