TALKING IN ALL CAPS

when i talk in all caps, normally it's either me being excited, or im doing it jokingly. if i am using that to yell at someone, you'd prolly know when it happened. just letting this info out into the world bc i know some people think allcaps is yelling/generally mad. i dont, and most of the time if i am mad i try not to let yall know.
