bygone halcyon days of yore

It's such a silly thing to whine and complain about, but I saw a post about it elsewhere, and it's been on my mind a lot.

I so super miss just being into stuff. It takes me hours to look through movies and shows now, and my brain won't just shut up like 'oh but you won't write/engage in fandom/who would you even write/you won't make an oc to date any of them', and it's just ???? My brother in christ, let us like things!!!

I miss writing and roleplaying with folks, I miss the one brief moment where I put out a couple shitty fanfics and got that rush from people reading and commenting.

But I've gotten so bad at talking to people, it just ends up fizzling out (usually my fault) before anything happens. 

I dunno! Just whining about the bygone halcyon days of yore or whatever!
