Metis Current Events Entry

so like i was lookin some stuff up abt like current event and like i found out about this new bill that's being debated abt metis self governance. so basically there's this thing called the MNO self governance bill  ( MNO stands for metis nation of ontario) may be passed basically give metis people more say in their own affairs with like managing their land and resources and making their own rules and laws now the first nations community is sorta against this bill passing for a  few reasons like some unresolved issues between land claims between first nation and metis and the fact that first nations people feel like they went properly included in the bill
