rtx 3080 displayport dead???

welp, I suspect one of the three displayport ports on my 3080 has died. I run a 2-monitor setup with a Dell 25" (displayport) as my main and an Acer 23" (hdmi) as a secondary. I booted up my pc from suspend/sleep and my Dell refused to light up.

The Dell monitor was powered on - the light was on and it showed the "no input found" error message. I went to the back of my PC and moved my displayport cable to the port next to the one I already had it plugged in, and my Dell monitor was working again.

The Dell monitor was working for all the displayports on my gpu except for the one I had it plugged into earlier. The broken port looks fine from the outside, no bent pins or missing parts. It was working for months until today. Anyone have any other reasons for an issue like this other than just a broken port?

I only run two monitors so it doesn't really impact me that much but I would still like to look into this.
