18th birthday: my fabulous expectations and dream board

YALL...The diva is turning 18 soon! Ok so, I wanna do a birthday dinner with a cute outfit, theme, hair, nails and all that! After that I wanna go on a shopping spree! After that maybe like a hotel resort. I would like a fabulous car buttttttt I can't drive so yk. Anywho, I really just want a taste of freedom to feel like an independent diva. Que the inspo!
