i've been way too proper and philosophical (perhaps a bit insane) in my blog posts as of late, so taking a reprieve would do me well.
with that in mind, does anyone know of any music you'd describe as "robot-folk?" and by that, i mean uniquely mechanical and/or robotic vocals or instrumentation paired with the stripped back, minimalist styling of a lot of folk music?
i don't mean vocaloid cover by the way, i mean music made with microsoft sam and 1960's vocoders (i should note that this is in no way throwing shade, vocaloid and other organic-sounding speech synthesis software is amazing in its own right it's just not what i'm looking for lol)
