my do ppl hate it so much? maybe its just cuz my family is from montana and cuz I grew up around that western culture and in texas but I don't see what so bad abt it like 4 sum reason it gets slandered so badly.

Most of the popular country music I've heard seems to always be about either love or heartbreak. When I say I don't like country, it's that specific type of country I'm talking about. There's definitely a LOT of country music I haven't heard that I'd probably enjoy at least a little.
The reason I don't like that type it is because most of them sound the same to me. I'm also pretty tired of love songs for the most part (though there are some I enjoy). This is the same issue I have with most pop songs as well.
Not sure if this is the same reason a lot of other people say they hate country or not, though.
