it's getting bad again

hi guys .

yesterday I tried to kms and I cut my wirsts i also cried a lot (like 4 hours ) I had at least 30 voices in my head.

Today I have the voices and my stomach hurts from 7 hours and it doesn't stop. I also have only 1 friend atm(she is from a very distant city . It takes like 40 mins ). 

I'm not feeling good in this period .
