discover weekly #2

this week was good. the quality of the songs is definitely better than last weeks. this week i added 11 songs to my playlist.

crying city - buy my lies: alternative. it's kind of a generic song, but you can never go wrong with simplicity. 6.5/10

teen suicide - the same things happening to me all the time, even in my dreams: bedroom indie. the second half of the song is my favorite. 7/10

margaritas podridas - wow: grunge. i'll probably check out some more of their stuff. 7/10

type o negative - in praise of bacchus: gothic/metal. nothing to say, honestly. just a solid song overall. i added this one to my unskippable songs playlist. 9/10

raketkanon - mido: i can't exactly determine a genre on this one :(... i'll be checking out the album this song is from. 8/10

knumears - wish i was: skramz. incredible band! 8/10

the nightblooms - butterfly girl: shoegaze/dreampop. what a super underrated band bruh. i added this one to my unskippable songs playlist. 9/10

astrobite - hopefully: indie rock/shoegaze: 6.5/10

marriages - ride in my place: doom/rock. what a trancing song... i love marriages. 10/10

缺省(default): noise pop. solid. 7.5/10

hanging garden - prolonged isolation: dsbm. i don't usually like vocals on most dsbm songs, but the instrumentation on this makes the exception. would be 9/10 if it didn't have such shitty screams. 5/10
