ok so like my friend is really obsessed with my ex crush and idk what to do about it whenever im with them they just talk about some random stuff which is very uncomfortable btw, the problem here is i cannot simply avoid or block them since they trust me with their whole lifeline LMFAOO

okay so from someone a bit older but with barely none romance experience:
1- Is your friend aware it makes you unfomfortable? Sometimes you need to openly tell them how you feel if they don't get it. It's quite normal and, supposing they're a good friend, they'll probably understand;
If it doesn't work:
2- "I can't just block them" actually yes you can lol, specially if they don't respect boundaries. In the end of the day you don't owe them nothing. Just- don't share their secrets around, that's an a$$hole move :v

yes, they were aware that i was uncomfortable but they kept on pushing me to be with my ex crush for some reason???which made me MORE uncomfortable this went on for days until i stopped being friends with them. I didn't block them though I just went on with it which was a bad decision, we dont talk anymore after that issue im fine now since they arent around ^^ but thx anyway !!
