Guys, help me

I know I might should crazy, but I've been hearing voices, and bell ringing, not the small bell rings that I hear once a year, like church bell rings. I've been having these strange nightmares, like I'm in a dark cave and seeing a faint shadow of a bell in the distance and this has been happing after I've played Pokémon Silver. Last night I had this one strange nightmare of a man with a little girl in hand, that man looked like my dad, and he looked like he was holding me in his arms, I couldn't move because I saw chains on my ankles. I heard crying from my dad, he looked at me and I saw his eyes, pitch black, blood coming from his eyes, and blood pouring out of his lips. I woke up in a cold sweat and I cried to myself. I couldn't sleep after that nightmare; I felt a slight pinch on my left hand and saw a weird mark on my it, it looked like a bell drawing and it felt like it was done by a small blade. I'll keep you guys updated when something happens (PS: THIS DID NOT HAPPPEN IRL, THIS IS JUST A MADE-UP STORY THAT CAME INTO MY HEAD)
