"So... About funding" I cherp up my voice still quite but still bright with deals to be made
"Ah yes funds. I have no more to give you yellow, you haven't yet payed off your past dept so I'm afraid I can't lend you anymore money" pardon? Bloody what!? Dept? Since when did I have a dept?! This is absolutely unexpected
I slam I hand on adds desk and glare at him with a grimace
"I beg your pardon? What dept are you speaking off blue." Add snickers at me and uses his cane to push my hand of his desk
"Your last loan yellow, are you really that forgetful? I mean I heard that you forgot half of your cases but I didn't have a single thought that it was true!" He snickers again and pulls out a small check book that so happens to have the date of ever. Single. Check. F¥€k and of course he points out my name as one of the latest checks, proper file name, the sleaze
"Does this jog your memory yellow? Or do you need a moment to recall it."

I shake my head and smile at blue sitting back down in my seat, my hands clasped together
"No sir, I remember it well I just believed no strings were attached to that loan and it was a simple help to me, not that it would leave me in your dept." Blue smiles a true salesman proud of his work of hidden strings on everything he sells or "gives away"
"Well you better pay attention next time yellow, I would like this to be paid off I hope you understand that"
I nod trying to keep my composer and not electrocute this sleaze where he sits. And to be honest I think I'm doing pretty well!
"Oh yes and I'd like money for the replacement desk I'll have to get, you must learn how to control your 'spark' yellow, this was my favorite desk yet" I give blue a look and look down at the desk and sure as day there's a large burn mark... Shit, I definitely don't have the cash for that, I nod and a sure him i will when I get back on my feet, he smiles and sends me on my way
I walk out and let out a sigh of relief
