OKE SO I FIGURED OUT THAT THE MUSIC DOESNT PLAY IF YOU KEEP REFRESHING 

IT WORKS WHEN YOU GON ONTO THE PROFIULE FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!!!!

so this was was the bane of my existence for the longest time and now i have a working thing!!! 

so yeah the problem was that you cant hear it when you keep refreshing the page but it works when you go on the profile for the first time
