The random guy who is doing a lot of spam in the recent layoits section

Does anyone know what happens to that guy? I'm sure that him is using some kind of code to launch massive spam by microsecond, the "recent designs" section is saturated with his copy paste, I've blocked the guy but what happens, he didn't let me see the recent design updates ㅠㅠ
