okay day today overall. i really like how i look in my new glasses and i cant wait to grow out my hair a little longer to finish my look. i had some obligations today but it was pretty crummy outside so i didnt end up getting any of them done due to weather.
gonna start hosting reload tournaments soon aswell. people have expressed interest and im excited to finally start getting the ball rolling trying to revive this game or atleast give it a slight scene, really excited.
also feeling very weird about kig as a hobby. i understood already that it was a very parasocial thing, but especially right now i feel it hard. i feel like im starting to slide into a parasocial relationship with one of my friends who may or may not even be a friend. hopefully this sorts itself out and doesnt become a problem lol

how is it a parasocial thing
a decent amount of people in the hobby dont seem to be super good friends with one another outside of cosplay, alot of interaction i see people having usually just involves validating themselves or someone else through compliments or w/e. lots of people im friends with in the space just seem like fans of me and not really like friends. iunno, this is something id need to think about more indepth to really talk about properly but i hope this atleast gives an idea.
