Well, for the past couple months I've been having to live in not the best possible condition...not the worst for sure but definitely not the best. Our landlord sold our rental so we moved and with no place to go we moved in to my partners grandma property (notice I say property not house). Essentially there is this old garage coop thing we made somewhat livable. It's freezing at night and hot as fuck during the day. His cousin, who is now pregnant, lives in the house with her kid and her husband. She lives there and is supposed to take care of grandma but is super neglectful and altogether rude (later I'm going to post a rant on the topic). I'm trying to save money to leave but one thing after another keeps happening and I feel so trapped here. I'm trying to stay positive but it truly has been hard lately.

Damn, they won't let you stay inside the house??? I really hope you guys can get out of that situation soon, that sounds absolutely miserable.
We have two cats and they have a dog inside that has attacked small animals so we chose our cats safety. But, we have found some new potential rentals so thats exciting!
