smiley piercings??

hey! i'm a brass player (french horn + mellophone) and i've always wanted to get a smiley piercing, but i'm just now realizing that it may interfere with the way i play? would it really effect my playing that much, or would it be fine? i really love smileys but my music is my priority, any advice would be helpful  ! thanks
