Peace of mind IS piece of the body.
Peace of mind is important no matter what age, gender, ethnicity, you are or which culture you belong to.
Piece of mind needs to be appropriated through work and home lifestyles. It should be appropriated as healthy living. If you don’t have piece of mind then you have stress. You have barriers guarding you from the happiness in your life. You have a castle with no soldiers to guard it. Anyone could invade your castle at anytime and leave you (hopeless)
Peace of mind means you are at peace with yourself and with the world around you. The world you live in. Peace of mind involves peace with people. Peace with your spirit, and in your home.
If you need to find a peace of mind then you have to change something about your daily lifestyle. You need to eat healthier or lose 5 pounds. You need to drop your soda drinking habit or read a new book instead of the same old magazine that gets boring after the first few pages now. To create a peace of mind, you have to be empathetic to your mind. Realize that it is strenuous of it to stress itself out, but that’s what it has to do in order to make you realize that a change is necessary at this time.
You should have peace of mind when you are in your room, in your bathroom, in your living room, in your kitchen.
Your peace of mind is the root to your happiness with yourself and with the world.
You have to keep it in your mind that change is almost always necessary when it is (brought up)
