 books:

the anti planner! if you have ADHD, this book is a life saver. it's really good for people with executive functioning issues in general. it's about how to do The Thing, and it's sorted by feelings: stuck, overwhelmed, unmotivated, disorganized and discouraged. it's like a "break glass in case of emergency" thing, not a book you read cover to cover. it's amazing!
