Sometimes i wonder what goes thru the minds of people who unironically write fanfics, the only time i ever even tried was when i was in 3rd grade. If any of y'all do, tell me why and how you got to the point? I feel like only a special handful of people that write them are cool, idk.

i don’t write fanfiction, and rarely read it. unless it’s specifically rise of the teenage mutant ninja turtles. i read so many fan comics i can’t keep track of them. so many things were set up in the show and so much characterization was left out because it got cut short and i need more content my brain is in overdrive. the show set me up to see more and now it’s GONE. so i think the main drive with fanfiction authors is “i need more content of these characters so i’ll make it myself”.
