Journal Entry #71: 09/09/23 - Next Week is Gonna Be Hell

So...exams are next week. Not very excited, but oh well. I'll spending much of today studying. Calculus has been kicking my butt, so my focus is set on it more than anything. 

A couple of days ago we were given a group exam in bio. It went terribly. People did not have Lockdown Browser installed, there were questions with incorrect answers, and people were given incorrect information. On top of that, whatever the class average of the group exam is, is the grade that everyone gets! How stupid is that? 

I have lots of work to do, so yeah, this weekend is not going to be a weekend for me :/ Along with exams, I have to attend a career fair and various meetings. Also, this coming week is homecoming week. I need to brace myself. 

I had a really nice Friday morning yesterday, but a meh afternoon. I didn't do so well on this week's calculus quiz. Thankfully quizzes aren't worth too much, but if I didn't do well on the quiz, who knows what will happen during the exam (exams are 60% of my grade!). Again, this is why I'm putting all of my energy into calculus.

As for good things, I preordered my Tally Hall Youtooz yesterday! I caved and preordered both Rob and Andrew. Seventy dollars down the drain~ lol I'm super excited! I had a hard time wiping the grin of my face yesterday. Hopefully these next few months are short so I can see them arrive as soon as possible! Speaking of Tally Hall, I decided to (finally) watch their old internet show. Oh, it's just so cool! It was silly, entertaining, witty, and extremely creative. I'm so glad that I'm able to watch this now. There are some really cool shots and editing tricks in the episode too. I hope to watch more later. For now, I need to figure out a better way to study...
